Essay

                                               Essay

Don't judge a boy by his face.  Wonder is about treating people no matter what they’re face looks like.  They could be very nice but if you don’t give them a chance they won’t be able to show it.  It doesn’t matter if they’re deformed or mentally challenged just remember to always be nice.

Auggie doesn't want to go to school but then changes his mind.  It gets different when his dad starts to want him to go and his mom doesn't.  I think this is because his dad doesn't want him to back down from a challenge and his mom doesn't want him to get hurt.

When he is attacked by bullies at camp his soon to be friends stick up for him and protect him.  Then when he is walking back to the movie and his friends surround him he realizes that he has made friends for life and he doesn't have to worry about his face.  I think this proves that you can accomplish anything in life as long as you persevere towards you're goal, you can achieve it.

I think that if you look back when Auggie says he doesn't want to go to school.  But at the end it tells us that he graduated and is very happy.  This shows how Auggie accomplished his goal.  I think Auggie poses as a role model for the readers about how if you  persevere you can accomplish you're goal!
